My experience at Langan's Brasserie was delightful. The beef tartare and the catch of the day were both quite good, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service and lively ambiance. New menu after COVID-19. The lamb is different from the picture on Google. Chicken liver is very nice. Langan’s Mass is too sweet.
The service and the quality of the food and portion sizes stand out for me. The consistent pleasantness and professionalism of every member of staff we encountered is an impressive thing to achieve. We had the Dover sole and a Ribeye Steak; both were exquisite. I researched restaurants, including the reviews. This restaurant deserves its good reputation. The experience was excellent from start to finish.
The food was lovely, but a little bit pricy! We had a rabbit leg and steak- both were nice, especially the steak, it was so tender, and really worth the price!
The club upstairs was amazing as well. Also, a big shoutout to the guy server upstairs; he was so helpful and friendly! :)
Stunning venue for a private party in a big private dining room. No detail was missed. The food was amazing even for a big group. The bar upstairs has great vibes too. Service in the dining room was incredible. I highly recommend.
I would like to recommend this restaurant for you to come and order: Plateau de Fruits de mer Oyster is very good and Lobster is the best, and another thing that don't forget to order is Langan's Fish Pie. The atmosphere of the restaurant is good, the food is good, the staff are Nice, everything is good. One restaurant that I would like to recommend
Wow. Why have I not been here before and yet it’s right on the doorstep. Langan’s is without doubt my favourite restaurant to date, pushing aside some long standing favourites.
The service was exceptional, the cocktails were beautiful and the wine menu was extensive and really interesting.
Yes, this place is a bit fancy (caviar and fish dominate the menu) but beyond the £5000 bottle of wine and £110 ribeye, you’ll find some classic dishes like chicken kiev, bangers and mash or fish and chips for under £30. And they’re sensational. I had the Kiev and it was oozing with garlic, sat on a bed of the smoothest buttery mash you’ve ever had and paired with some cabbage and pancetta. I’m being a bit dramatic about the wine - they did in fact have 10+ wines under £50 a bottle.
They had a few specials including a chocolate bomb with caramel mousse and a rich chocolate sauce. OMG that was the icing on the cake.
Total bill for two courses, three people, including wine, cocktails and a few naughty shots was £320. That also included service charge.
Very friendly, welcoming and non-judgmental. The staff, and in fact the customers, were definitely not pompous or over the top.
Will definitely be coming back very soon!
The steak I ordered was one of the best I had, simply insane. I spent most of my evening upstairs and the people were very friendly and professional. The cocktails were perfectly done and the live music added a great atmosphere.
